106m Power Plant Barge 250 MW (ISO) Gas based GMR For Sale.
The Barge is to contain and deliver 1(one) combined cycle barge mounted float plant of nominal net capacity 220 MW, consisting 4(four) Once Through Steam Generator (OTSG, IST Canada), 1(one) steam turbine generator (STG, Alstom), 4(four) combustion turbine (GT, GE USA) of LM 6000PC and auxiliary equipment condensers, chilling system for air intake and the remaining balance of plant.
The basic design is to include the barge and the connecting mooring system, together with the power plant equipment.
This Power Barge Plant was operated on Naphtha and later changed to on Natural Gas opps. Gas Turbine Generator Mitsubishi Japan, Steam Turbine Generator by ABB Sweeten Generators are 11KV, 50Hz, 2Pole, 300RPM with air-cooled brushless excitation synchronous type and totally enclosed.
Gas Turbine Generator Transformers of 11KV/ 11KV/ 220KV, 120MVA, Steam Turbine Generator transformers 11KV/ 220KV, 70MVA and Unit Auxiliary Transformers 11KV/ 6.6KV, 18MVA installed in Barge.
This Barge is classi?cation International Standards with a certs ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and having valid Certificate on date. This barge designed with standard Wind velocity of 160KM/hour and Tidal variaon in mooring basin is +2.61Meters to -1.5Meters.
Barge is una?ected by landslides and earthquakes.

8th April 2010 - Barge shied to Kakinada
24th June 2010 - Simple cycle operaon at Kakinada
16th August 2010 - Combined cycle operaon at Kakinada
Average Fired Hours of 4GT's around 32600 (26376, 33127, 36913, 33946) and Steam Turbine Running hours 50630 as on date.
Gas Turbine Control System- Woodward Micro net Plus control system with redundancy controller for all 4 units
Start-up / Auxiliary Fuel- Fuel for gas turbine is Natural gas. Gas condioning skid consists of Knock out drum, Filter separator, coalescing ?lter and 3 CVs to maintain the pressure required for GT
DM Plant- Consists of PSF, UF, RO and MB to generate DM water.
Consists of 2 streams - 32 m3 capacity each and 2 storage tanks with capacity of 435 m3
Cooling water system- Consists of 4 no's of cooling water Vercal pumps with capacity of 7500 m3/Hr each
CT Consists of 7 fans with capacity of 3200 m3/Hr each
Electrical Systems- Consists of two 220 KV line connected to Samalkot substation
Consists of 3 GST 11/220 KV, 1 SST 11/220 KV, 2 UAT 11/6.6 KV, 4 AT 6.6/0.415 KV, 2 OST 6.6/0.415 KV
Plant I&C systems- Steam Turbine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC.
BOP is controlled by MAX DNA DCS.
Dedicated PLC for Gas Skid, DM plant and CWPH
Fire Fighng System.
The plant can be set up and commissioned in SC mode in 9M and CC mode in 12 M.
