The vessel was built by Singmarine Dockyard and Engineering Co. Ltd Singapore, Hull No. 178, her keel was laid on 06th December 1989 and was delivered on 19 November 1990.

She is a General Cargo Carrier RO-RO Container, with Fore and Aft Peaks, double bottom ballast tanks (P & Stbd), stabilizers and antiheeling tanks (P & Stbd), with bulbows bow and with machinery and crew accommodation placed forward. The vessel has a Gross tonnage of 7928, Net tonnage 2378 deadweight 4824 Tons, Lightship 3669 Tons, Maximum displacement 8,493 Tons. Overall length of 118.8 meters, breadth of 18.50 meters and depth of 13.60 (Upper deck). Air draught 37.0 meters. Summer draft 5.50 meters. For cargo spaces on decks there is a capacity of 833 lineal meters on upper deck, main deck and lower deck with capacity 180 Containers, 56 trailers and 30 cars. With 2 ramps type Macgregor. It is a twin screw ship powered by two Wartsila 8R32E, eight-cylinder diesel engines, developing 5576kW at 750 RPM on each engine and giving propeller shaft speeds of 174 rev/min via a reduction gearbox. For electrical power vessel has two, four stroke diesel engines made by YANMAR type M220L-EN each of 680 kW power 440 V, 3 phase,60 Hz alternators. Fitted with a bowthruster Maker Brunvoll Type FU-45 LTG-1375 at 423 kW The accommodation comprises of Forecastle-deck, Officers-deck, navigation/bridge deck and compass deck. Externally was observed clean and internally tidy. Officers having single cabins and crew ratings sharing a cabin. Accommodation capacity is 25 crew. Minimum safe manning certificate of the vessel requires 15. Actual total crew onboard 25 plus 05 for service to operators , officers and crew.
