1) Vessel itinerary:

ATD Dangjin, S.Korea : 10th Sep

ETA/ETD Roberts Bank, Canada : 27th Sep / Reverting.

ETA/ETD 1sp, N.China(Int. either Rizhao or Yantai or Bayuquan) : Reverting.

(* In case of demolition, the vessel will head for green recycling scrap yards in India/Bangladesh directly after discharging completion in China by Sellers' own navigation).

ETA Yeosu, S.Korea : Reverting.

2) Estimated delivery schedule and place to Buyers:

(1) Secondhand sale : At 1sp of S.Korea(int. Yeosu) in early/mid Nov wog subject to loading/discharging schedule and weather conditions.

(2) Demolition : At Alang, India basis in mid/end Nov wog subject to loading/discharging schedule and weather conditions.

(? In case of demolition, the vessel is obliged to be placed only in one of 35 NYK certified green recycling yards as stated in (2) MOA Clause 6).

3) Last 10 cargoes/voyages:

All steaming coal (Vessel has mainly performed Korea Power Utility's CVC cargo between Australia/South Africa/Canada~S.Korea)

4) Fresh IDWAL report available to purchase for USD1,500.

Once registered the sellers will receive an automated email to approve the request, which will then automatically notify you are approved so you can pay for the report.

The report fee is 1500USD, and for the payment, you need to fill in the billing information following by select Credit Card or Bank transfer in the portal, and an automated invoice will be sent to you.

Once IDWAL received the funds, they will share the report link.

Please also note that pay via the credit card will have a 5% bank charge applied.

5) Sellers' Terms:

Please kindly find attached Sellers' Term for (1) Secondhand sale / (2) Demolition (Demo questionaire to be provided soon) separately.

6) Offer submission:

(1) Deadline : 18:00hrs Seoul time on 25th Sept 2024.

(2) Buyers are kindly requested to submit offers based on "NET" price without address commissions.
