Operational Notes
This vessel is currently used as an off-grid "mobile" home. A liftboat requires no marina or dock - it can jack up anywhere with 6.5' water at high tide. Proven offshore capability: completed a 2,600-mile voyage Louisiana to NYC in 2022 with no issues.
When jacked up, the vessel may be used commercially even though documented recreational (written confirmation from USCG). Generates $5,000 per day commercial rate with no manning or inspection requirements. Can be operated and maintained single-handed - push-button legs raise at 10' per minute. Hurricane-tested, withstanding countless major storms without damage.Document Details 94 x 63 Lift boat.pdf
