85M DP2 Subsea Support Maintenance Vessel (SSMV) / MPSV.
We are pleased to present the following new build 2 x Offshore Support Vessels currently under construction in China, from the Owners/Builders:

Enhanced operational efficiency and redundancy suitable for subsea and offshore construction operations
Crane Specification
Both vessels are designed to be equipped with:
Electro-Hydraulic Driven SCM Crane
100T @ 15m lifting capacity
AHC (Active Heave Compensation) function included

Expected Delivery:
Unit 1: Q3 2026 (ex-yard China)
Unit 2: Q1 2027 (Diesel-Electric configuration)

Asking Price
USD 45,700,000 NET TO OWNER
(as is where is / or as per specification during construction)
Unless otherwise agreed, any buyer-requested additions, upgrades, or modifications will incur additional costs. Price for Q1 delivery may be slightly different, closer to delivery.
Build Flexibility:
Owners are open to allowing Buyers to participate in the remaining construction phase, subject to build stage and yard approval.
This may allow Buyers, within reasonable limits, to:
Add or remove equipment
Modify layouts
Adjust mission-specific capabilities
Tailor accommodation, deck equipment, or subsea spread arrangements
Optimise vessel configuration for intended operational scope
Any requested variations or upgrades may incur additional costs and may affect delivery schedule depending on complexity and procurement lead times.
Payment Terms:
The Owners' preferred payment structure is as follows:
20%-30% Deposit / Down Payment
Payable upon signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
Balance Payment
Payable following issuance of Vessel Notice of Readiness prior to delivery
All payments to be made in United States Dollars (USD) via telegraphic transfer directly into the Owners' nominated bank account.
