- The Vessel to be delivered with minimum 150MT of LSMGO at the time of delivery.

- Vessel to be delivered with IHM report & certificate from competent local authority confirming vessel is Gas Free for safe for man entry and hot work.

- Otherwise as per standard recycling MOA as is terms to be logically amended and mutually agreed within 3 days from the recap agreed.

- Both parties BOD approval shall be lifted within 3 banking days from the MOA Agreed.

- Deposit shall be lodged in Seller's Account within 3 banking days from the BOD Approval.

- The above schdules could be changed by mutual agreement.
