- Otherwise as per standard recycling MOA as is terms to be logically amended and mutually agreed within 3 days from the recap agreed.
- Both parties BOD approval shall be lifted within 3 banking days from the MOA Agreed.
- Deposit shall be lodged in Seller's Account within 3 banking days from the BOD Approval.
