4. Deposit: 15% should be shall be remitted in full free of bank charges into the Sellers' nominated account/escrow agent no later than three (3) banking days after MOA signed by the parties.
5. Payment: The balance of the Purchase Price together with the estimated amounts for bunkers and lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and greases remaining on board,
early delivery compensation and all other sums payable under this agreement shall be remitted in full free of bank charges into the Sellers' nominated account
no later than three (3) banking days before the estimated Date of Delivery according to the five (5) days approximate notice.
6. Inspection: The Buyers have waived their right of physical inspection.

8. MOA: Seller's draft MOA Based on SALEFORM 2012 with logical amendment to be agreed.
