pneumatic loading via eight (plus additional 4 points via central
loading system (2 each hold)) „stortz" couplings (100 mm / 4" )
for loading from trucks / waggons at a rate upto 150 mts/hr
DISCHARGING by pneumatic discharge at an average of abt. 150 mt/hr to shore
connections (based on a distance of up to 150m horizontal and up
to 30m elevation) via one 10'' or 12'' outlet pipe, placed amidships

clean and smooth bottom.

FUEL SPECIFICATION The gasoil supplied to be in accordance with ISO standard 8217
(latest edition) for DMA.
Charterers shall supply suitable fuel to enable main propulsion and
auxiliary machinery to operate efficiently and without harmful
effects. Fuels to contain no waste lubricants or chemicals. All fuel
delivered to the vessel has to be a mineral oil product and shall not
contain taroil and / or inorganic acid substances and to be of stable
and homogen nature. Vessel will participate in a fuel quality testing
programme. Samples will be taken during each bunkering. Costs
involved in the amount of abt. EUR 500,- per sample to be equally
shared between Owners and Charterers. Sludge removal, if any, to
be for Charterers account and time.
Representative sample for claims from Owners against Charterers
to be taken at the ships manifold by drip sample according to
Resolution MEPC.96(47).
All fuel delivery must be in compliance with Marpol VI procedures.
For MGO DMA sulphur content of max. 0,1% in SECA'S to be
applicable. If lower sulphur contents are requested for the trading
areas, Charterers have to arrange for the supply of suitable fuel
well in advance before calling the area in question. If the fuel
doesn't comply with national rules in the ports of call Charterers
are responsible for all arising costs.
