- Seller would like to highlight the following:

The Vessel was built by one of the most reputable shipyards in Japan under qualified and strict supervision of the Sellers.
The Vessel is equipped with machinery and instruments only made by high-quality and reputable manufacturers.
The vessel has been managed by the Sellers' in-house top-class ship managers with a good reputation for vessel maintenance.
The vessel was only chartered out to top-class charterers since her delivery.
The vessel has performed at the highest level with minimal downtime since her delivery.
The vessel was traded mostly in USA and Europe with high level of safety standards.
The vessel needs to comply with the EEXI regulations at her upcoming 3rd Special Survey (due of SS and IAPP certificate is on 9th December 2023), and EPL needs to be installed.
* The EPL parts have been ordered and already delivered onboard the vessel by the Sellers. Class approved onboard management manual and technical file will be also provided.
The Buyers are to take over the parts and the documentations at the price of actual orders against invoices.
JFE's BWTS is fitted, which requires however modifications by 29th December 2023 to be fully USCG compliant. The modifications can be carried out either afloat or at drydock.
* The required parts for the modification have been already ordered and shall be ready at a suppliers' designated warehouse in Japan on/around end of August 2023.
The Buyers are to take over the parts at the price of actual order against the invoice. Pick up and transport of the parts shall be arranged by the Buyers at their risks and expenses.
The commissioning of the parts shall be carried out by JFE. The terms, costs and arrangement of the commissioning shall be discussed and agreed between JFE (or JFE's designated distributor) and the Buyers.
